Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return.ย You can email us at info@SummerKitchenTheads.com and include a detailed description and pictures of the product, along with your name, date of purchase, and the item purchased.ย
Do not return the item until you hear back from Summer Kitchen Threads that the item can be exchanged or refunded.
For any returnable damaged item, we will send you a return shipping label. You will either be refunded for the item, or an exchange item will be shipped to you after we receive the damaged item. The damaged item must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.
Refunds for Other Items
Other items may be eligible for return if they meet the following conditions:
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged.
Once your return is received and reviewed, we will notify you by email. If the item is approved for a refund, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, less the cost of the original shipping fee and a $2.00 handling fee.
Non-Returnable Items
To protect designers' copyrights, we can't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on cross-stitch patterns or custom orders once we send or email (for digital) the order(s) to you.ย
Non-returnable items include: Gift Cards, Custom Items, Printed or Downloadable Patterns, and Clearance Items.
