If the User leaves a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
If the User leaves a comment on the Site, the User may opt-in to save their name, email address and website in cookies. These are for the User’s convenience so that they do not have to fill in details again when leaving another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
Users that register on our website and set up a profile will have this registration information stored by the Site. A User can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see, edit and delete that information.

If a User uploads images to the Site, the User should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the Site can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the User has visited the other website.
Contact Forms and Email
This Site uses contact forms as a means of allowing Users to contact us directly via email at email@example.com. The information collected on the contact form may include the User’s name, website, topic, comment and IP address. The information collected is transmitted electronically to the Site’s web email address hosted by Hover. The information collected is used to respond directly to the User.
If you decide to contact the Site directly through email, we may retain the content of your email message, along with your email address and responses.
The Site may collect email addresses from the User who voluntarily provides their email to the Site. This may occur when a User uses the contact form, voluntarily emails the Site, signs up to receive the newsletter, a giveaway, or a promotion, or makes a purchase from the Site. The Site uses the email for the purpose it was provided to the Site and will from time-to-time send emails to the User regarding the Site and other products or services we believe may be of interest to the User.
The Site is committed to keeping your email address confidential. The Site will not sell, rent or lease its subscription list to third parties. The Site will not disclose your email address to any third parties except as provided for in this Disclosure of User Information, below.
The Site maintains the information the User sends via email in accordance with Federal law.
In compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, all emails sent from the Site will clearly indicate who the email is from, provide information on how to contact the Site and contain clear information on how to remove the User from the Site’s mailing list.
The Site’s emails provide Users with the option to opt-out of receiving emails from the Site and its partners by reading the unsubscribe instructions located at the bottom of any email they receive from the Site. Users who no longer want to receive communications, newsletters and promotional materials may opt-out by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email.

Users may subscribe to newsletters or opt-in to receive a free promotional product on the Site. Users electing to opt-in to the newsletter or free promotional product may be sent newsletters that may be used for advertising purposes. These newsletters contain tracking pixels. The pixel is embedded in the email to allow for analysis of online marketing campaigns. The pixels allow the Site to see if a User is opening an email and which links are being used. This information allows the Site to offer more personalized User content in future newsletters. This information is not shared with third parties.
The Site participates in affiliate marketing which is accomplished by embedding tracking links within the Site. If a User clicks on a link to an affiliate partnership, a cookie is placed on the User’s browser to track any sales for commission purposes.

How the We Use the Information Collected
